Walls are thin, you can hear your neighbors if they argue. Parking is not assigned but you might as well fight for them. There are way too many children playing in the parking lot unsupervised. Building lights occasionally go out when it rains and when something goes wrong in your apartment it may take months to fix. I don't understand though why they get rid of the guys who actually do their job and keep the ones that don't do crap. Staff at front office seems pre occupied and never returns phone calls. Oh and did i meantion the field mice get into the apartments'

ON the plaus side the ouside appearance is mantained very well and police units regularly are on watch.

So I guess if you like a nice place and can care for it yourself, this is for you.

[Don't get me wrong it was everyone was nice and helpful when i moved in.. needlesss to say they were replaced and it all went to hell ]
