- Walls are thin, you can hear your neighbors if they argue. Parking is not assigned but you might as well fight for them. There are way too many children playing in the parking lot unsupervised. Building lights occasionally go out when it rains and when something goes wrong in your apartment it may take months to fix. They have a problem with fairness. Some people break rules and management is ok about it. I have requested maintenance to repair things around the apartment. I have to wait like six months before they improve things. Ive never had problems before until now.
Landlord is sometimes unprofessional.

I did not enjoy my time spent here.. I would not recommend it to anyone. There are some rules being broken and Mangement ignores them. We the renter's pay for a decent and nice place and should be shown some consideration. Yet we are the ones that get the ugly end of everything..
