Sancutary is no sancutary what so ever - There are only two things that i can say positive about this apartment complex. The distance to campus is great and its nice to have a parking garage, other than that this place is a hell hole. Balcones Apartments is not a good place to live - I have lived at the Balcones Apartments for almost three years now.
