Audrey Oaks is great, its a lil college luxury apartment. I really enjoyed living here while I was at TxState its a small lil community and you get to know everybody who lives here. The Hallween party is a tradition. The apartments are a good size and at a awesome price for being so close to school. Really sweet managment, the daughters of the owner run the place and keep up with everything. They are pet friendly and have a pet kennel for the pups to play. They have openings but they go fast, wish I didnt have to leave san marcos... its a better more affordable and nicer version of Bishop Square.. my prevouis place, and I dont have to go up the n lbj hill. Oh the 3rd floor views are awesome espicially on new years and 4th of July. Well thats my input I figured I would give back since they are one of the only apartments that actually cares about the tenants.
