The worst thing about Autumn Chase is the maintenance. We had a huge hole in our roof from November to February!!! They came in to check on it only once before the roofers came and all they did was put a white bucket under the hole!!! Also, the kitchen faucet constently drips. One of the bathrooms is ALWAYS broken. The only good thing about Autumn Chase is you dont have to pay for water. The heater was broken for a WEEK before they even came to look at it and it took them ANOTHER week just to get it fixed!!! If you dont mind living in a dump, then you wont mind living at Autumn Chase!!!
