Age is not a reason for these apts. to be crap. There are older apts. in better condition. Everything is tiny, appliances old and run down, won't replace with new one. Have some mice living in the kitchen which apparently is a big problem among the building because everyone has them. I've been living here for two years too long, I'm counting the days until I can leave. office and maintenace are okay, but could be better. Don't live here, they're trying to offer good specials right to sucker you in, DON'T DO IT!!
