This was the worst apartment experience I have ever endured. Before moving in, the management gave me a tour of the show apartment. The carpet was imacculate, the applicances new, and the tile in perfect shape. It was really cute, I was impressed enough to put down my deposit.
However, when I signed the lease and got the key to my apartment, I was sorely dissapointed. The carpet was a filthy grey/brown color, covered with stains. There was mold growing in the upstairs bathroom. Soon it began spreading, and infected my clothes, spread all over the walls downstairs. When I finally moved out, all my pictures had mold behind them. My A/C leaked everywhere at least 10 times. Maintenance had to come in and vacuum the A/C drain everytime. My A/C unit also froze up several times in the summer months. The bedrooms are tiny, the stairs a waste of space. My bathtub was disgusting and was cracking away from the wall--therefore no amount of cleaning would fix the giant dirty crack. Everything is old, filthy, and moldy. It took me forever to save up enough money to get this apartment, so I was stuck there for 2 horrible, moldy years. It was such a relief to get out, and then they had the audacity to hold part of my deposit' Management was rude and confrontational for my entire lease. Dont bother with this slum.
