My neighbors apartment burned down. So there was alot of smoke damage to my apartment they refused to clean the carpet to get the smoke damage out and took 5 days to repair my front door. So for five days my door would not lock and had a big hole in it.
BEWARE! Apartments are cheap but you could wind up paying more from trying to get out of your lease.
