Not bad for the price

I just moved into this apartment 3 months ago and as yet I have no major complaints. The apartments aren't immaculate by any stretch of the imagination, but they are reasonable for the price. I was wary about my A/C overflow running into the downstairs bathroom sink, but if you just get some Tilex or other stain remover there won't be any problem getting it clean. I am actually getting a rubber hose that I can put over the pipe and put directly in the sink so the water doesn't splash everywhere when it comes out. You also don't have a problem with the overflow unless you run your A/C 24/7. The appliances are old but still work. Bedroom is small but the apartment is only 650 Sq. Ft. and what else are you doing in your bedroom besides sleeping. Maintenance doesn't seem all that happy to be doing anything, but any major problems (like toliet backing up) I've had were fixed right away. My roof leaked a couple of times when it rained, and that appears to be a common problem but it only leaked 2 or 3 times and hasn't since. If you're looking for something really nice look elsewhere but if you just need something affordable and average I'd recommend this complex.
