I too fell for the LOW price in rent. I even had the special of one month free!!! When I asked them to fix my A/C it took them all summer long to fix it. I had to take matters in my own hands and have a professional look at it, even then they said they fixed it right, not per the professional that works for the city, sheesh. My bill was outrageous, I did get a refund, thank God. All I know is that the staff is very unprofessional and I really felt like I was just a bother to them. Just a pointer for anyone who decides to move in....for any repairs need to the apartment, PUT IT IN WRITTING!!!! everything if possible. And Read your lease!! Make sure they don't drill you a new hole.
