I have lived at Autumn Chase since May 2004. I love my apartment here, and there isn't anywhere else I would want to move in San Marcos. Apartment prices in this town are incredibly high, and Autumn Chase offered me the best deal. I have not had problems with maintenance and the management has been friendly and helpful. I fully intend on staying in this apartment until I graduate.
