When we first moved in our apartment was not made ready. The carpet was filthy and the bathrooms and floors were dirty. To top it someone smoked previously as there were yellow running stains down certain walls. You can hear every sound outside from your neighbor 3 doors down talking to another neighbor or a car that just pulled up. The management is a joke. We placed 5 service calls to make ready our apartment and they never responded in a span of 6 months. We continually tried to get them to fix stuff and we soon realized that it wasn?t the maintenence that was slow (though they take forever to fix anything) it was the management that could care less. Meredith the manager was condecending towards our needs. She needs to be replaced. She tried to tell us that our apartment was "livible" by the condition it was in. She also told us the apartment was broadband ready. She left out that there is one cable outlet in the whole apartment (upstairs and downstairs). I had to run a 100 ft. cable line and split it to have cable modem and a spare tv upstairs. The carpet was dark and smelled like pets. We eventually bought a steam cleaner and cleaned the carpets back to it?s white form. It took about 5 times to accomplish this. Also they repave the complex right before the summer so people think the place is nice. The workout facility has broken equipment. The pools are not maintained so they are continuously dirty with bugs and dirt and donot get into the hot tub cause it has things floating around (---- stew). The basketball court has been slammed on and is broken. The lawn care people mow every Thursday morning and blow all the stuff onto your small patio and door entrance. The appliances suck. I?m surprised I didn?t find a small hobbit living in the closed off box. Our airconditioning leaks water with heavy lime and sulfur into the sink (Nice yellow marks...looks like a dehydrated man pissed on our sink) The washer and dryer ruined our clothes. The dishwasher was atleast 15 years old and the only thing it cleaned was time. Our fridge was about 20 years old with the cooling unit being a huge metal plate in the fridge. Hot water lasts about 5 solid minutes so you?ll have to bunk up with your girlfriend/boyfriend. Take my advice and run from this hell hole. The ----- wouldn?t even take a ---- here.
