I filled out a request over a week ago b/c our microwave is on it's last limb and every time I step outside I'm attacked by huge fleas due to the major pet problem in the complex. Anyway, my request was 2nd in line and still no one has fixed the problems. Every time I inquire at the front desk some obnoxious kid keeps saying he has no idea when the problem will be fixed or why it hasn't been fixed or anything else he's supposed to know.
