Dryer doesn't work, raining in kitchen. Awful.

We have lived here a year. It's perfect for the first few months. Then the dryer will go out. Then balck mold will grow. Then a bubble will create in your ceiling then become a hole that allows a river to come into your kitchen. Then the dishwasher will stop working and stagnant water will 'grow'. Then your door will rot. You will end up sleeping in your living room beacuse there is only one AC vent for the complete upstairs. Please do not come to Autumn Chase. If I had enough money for a lawyer I would press charges. We have had all of this unfixed for at least 3 months. Needless to say we are moving this weekend.
