Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
i lived there for one crapy year. first few months the roof leaked then when they fixed the roof then the mold came nasty black and white mold on the celing in my bed room and the bathroom. the washing machine NEVER worked properly it leaked wather into the kitchen downstairs and into my closet. then when summer came for the last 2 months i lived there the A/C broke every week, then when i moved they wanted more money from me on top of my deposit!!!! This place is a health hazard and you can find better for the same price. if you are already in autum chase then get a copy of your move in report before you leave,and do a walk through!!!! THEY WILL SCREW YOU IF YOU GIVE THEM A CHANCE!!!!!
