I have been reading comments by people not happy with this place, and I know first-hand that IT'S ALL TRUE!! The management misleads potential tenants by showing a very nice and untouched model home, then proceeds to rent its tenants old, dirty, unkept apartments that are badly in need of remodeling. My apartment was filthy when I moved in, and the last thing you want to do when moving is have to clean your old apartment AND your new apartment. There are no ceiling fans upstairs and the AC vents are on the floor! Therefore, the second floor is extremely hot. The upstairs windows are so dirty on the outside that you cannot see out of them. The appliances are very old. It took the management almost a month to address the repairs I had at move in, and some of them have still not been fixed. The management is comprised of students who know absolutely nothing of customer service. They give you blank looks when you go in to ask about repairs, and treat you like they could care less about your apartment. I came from a complex that treated its tenants like family, and this place is the exact opposite. I literally read my lease over and over, looking for any way to get out of it on the day I moved in. I felt very cheated from the first day I moved into my apartment, and I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.
