I have lived in Autumn Chase since January of '05 and will sadly have to continue to live here until January of '06. These are without a doubt the worst apartments I have ever lived in and maybe the worst in San marcos. The workteam are cool people but their skills seem laughable. nothing is EVER fixed, just patched for a few weeks then broken again. The grounds are horrible and make me feel I should live in the parkinglot for a better feel of home. The office staff are awesome but whoever manages these hellholes needs a serious degree in Home and Living Management.
Parking for some of the tenants almost doesn't even exist. Unless williing to walk nice far from your vehicle or willing to pay Village on the River (which are very nice btw)$15/mo to park under their carport which is never really used anyway. I hope you have someting to keep the bugs out too, because the gaps n the doors will let in any insect friend you have. We had to purchase our OWN equipment to deal with the problem.their's obviously have no experience, doesn't work and probably dont care. If you are moving to San marcos DO NOT move to Autumn Chase. I WILL NOT be raising my daughter in this slum when she is born in January.
