I have lived here since February, and so far things have been good.I love the Townhome setup! The amenties is the only thing I feel can and should improve, the pools are dirty ( one by office is empty and hot tub has not worked since I moved in) the fitness center needs a treadmill!! or least be open 24 hours:(. As far as maint., they have always been quick to respond to my needs, I have not had much contact with the office staff, however the few times I had they were always nice. I think for the price and the age of these apartments it is a good place to live, I just think the amenities could use a little work:).
