I've been living here since Aug. 2005 and have been pretty happy with the service that the office provides. The place is about 25 years old and it shows; however, not bad for the college student. Any maintenance needs are taken care of within 24 hours. I love the washer and dryer in the apartment, but our fridge is old and leaks water. The pool is dirty and unkept and the work-out room needs more equiptment. Other than that, I am a satisfied resident.
