I have lived here for over a year. I recently re-signed my lease. There are train tracks all over town and this complex is about as far from any that you can get. It's on the bus route which is perfect if you are a Texas State student. The floor plans are really great, there really aren't a lot of townhouses in San Marcos. Particularly if you live alone in a one bedroom it feels like a lot more space than a one bedroom apartment. The only real draw back is the age of the building.
