I lived at Autumn Chase for a year. Overall, it's not a bad place. The maintenence people are really cool, though their staff consists of three people. So make sure you have that in mind when putting in a request to get things fixed. The office people are ok. They lost our rent check one month and gave us an eviction notice. Luckily, they found it and realized their mistake. The fitness center might be advertised, but it is VERY small, consisting of one weight machine and a stair climber. Consider getting a gym membership if you work out a lot. My part of the complex was fairly quiet, and I never had problems with noise. The pipes in the kitchen made weird noises when I turned them on. It's within walking distance to a gas station, which was cool for me cause I smoke a lot. The upstairs takes a LONG time to get cool because the a/c vents are on the ground; be prepared for your electric bill to be slightly elevated because of that. Overall, it wasn't a bad place. For the price you pay, it's not that bad.
