Autumn Chase is ok if you are on a budget and most college students are however this place is old and don't expect a prompt response if you have an issue by management or maintenance. My best advice is that if you already live here and you have an issue give them something in writing (certified letter is best) and within 7 days it should be resolved and if not send them another letter and they still have not attended to your request/needs move out!!!!! You will not be held liable.... Texas Tenent Association. I do not suggest moving here. Oh yeah they get you by showing the model home - that one looks nice and plus you are thinking wow upstairs down stairs this is great-trust me it's not worth it!!!
