I have lived at Autumn Chase for about 18 months. The rent was affordable, the location was great for the price. You have two places you can catch the TxState Tram, it is very easy to find and they had a washer and dryer in the unit.

Negatives:
Parking was horrible. It took a while to get maintenance issues resolved, but they eventually did it. It is a little old, but if you are a student you really shouldn't care that much. It was loud every now and then, but hey, college town. Did have a problem with rats, but that was only because of the new construction across the street. Displaced the rats.

Positive:
Rent, location, on bus route, and floorplans.
