I signed a year lease starting in January. I vistied in early December and I have to say the office staff was extremly helpful and very nice. I like the floorplan, and the location is perfect. The apartments are older, but I have a freind who lives here and he said that he has had no major complaints. I look forward to living somewhere outside of "student housing". I am so far very excited to start the new year at Autumn Chase!!
