This was the frist aparment my husband and I moved into after we got married. When we went to look at the place, they showed us a model unit. It was so cute and clean and nice. So we signed a lease that day. That was 5 weeks before we were to move in.

On move in day, went to sign the lease and get our keys. We were told that our apartment was not ready and it would be at least 3 hours before we could get our keys. We left our U-haul with all of our stuff in it and went driving around wasting 3 hours that we could have spent unpacking. We went back after about 4 hours and we were told everything was still not done but that we could move our stuff in but they would still be going in and out.

I decided to put on a load of laundry and half way throught the load, we hear rushing water from upstaris. Our washing machine was not hooked up right so it flooded the both bathrooms and my kitchen. Three hours after we called to report it, someone finally showed up to fix it. But they said it was not their fault. They balmed it on somone else. Which became a rucurring theme.

Our walls started to sweat because the dryer ws not properly ventilated. Our dishwasher never cleaned the dishes. The kitchen cabinets were missing big chunks of wood. The thermostat in the oven was broken so it burned just about everything we put in it. The knobs to control the temperature were broken and missing. The strainer on the sink came off which caused my dishes to fall into the trash compactor and be ruined. We had mold in our bathroom. Everytime it rained, we had a huge puddle of water inside our front door. Every time it rained, you had to walk through 2 inches of water to get from your car to your front door. We got $85.00 water bills every month. We reported all of these things to management and none of it got fixed.

I would tell anyone who is looking to rent from there, to Run away!! DO NOT RENT FROM AUTUMN CHASE!!

That explanation is perfect. I think I am living in your old apartment!!! This place sucks!
