HEALTH HAZARD

Now, the apartments smell like acetone.
Our entire apartment smells like a nail salon and when you call, they don't do anything about it. Despite the fact that it's a health hazard - they don't care.
Don't move here. Your health is at risk, the maintenance is rude and incompetent, the manager doesn't enforce any rules, and it's not worth the rent you're paying.
RUN don't walk away from this place.
Not to mention the constant construction, and that there are always raging parties going on that disturb sleeping. Plus, very high water bills.
The cleaning company they use also goes into people's apartments (without consent) to use their electricity to clean dirty vacant apartments.
I'm starting to think the maintenance is going inside without permission because house hold items are working one day, and broken the next.

Oh my God, I cannot imagine getting a queen bed into those apartments without the balconies. It took a Herculean effort WITH them. I am so glad I am out of that place. Did they ever give any explanation for why they got rid of the balconies? That was one of the few appealing features of that place.

I once paid a monthly water bill of $100! I have the small one bedroom floor plan and live alone. WTF?

That's the damn truth! Everything you say there! Water bills are ridiculously high, you have to tear off the sliding door upstairs to get a queen bed up there.. (I had 2) That place is horrible! I'm glad I moved! They want me to pay like $300 for problems that were already there before I moved in! Forget that place!
