Where should I begin' I only signed a 6 month lease and thank God it wasn't longer. I already knew how small the downstairs was before I moved in so I can't complain about that. But I can complain about that I get woken up at 8am EVERY morning to the sound of construction around the complex. A week after i moved in, they closed my parking lot for about a month. The electricity in my bottom bathroom didn't work for about a month and a half until they FINALLY came to fix it after complaining about it 4 times! Also the main reason i moved here was because of the upstairs and i really liked the balcony. A couple weeks after i moved in, they got rid of the balcony for no reason. They turn the water off at random times for ALL DAY without telling anybody. My electricity bill is ALWAYS outrageous and i'm only here 4 days out of the week and rarely run my AC below 75. Grande won't connect upstairs, only downstairs. Also there is always dog crap in the grass in front of my apartment.

The only good thing i can say about this complex is the office ladies are so dumb they never made me pay my pet deposit. And you get a choice of two bus routes to get to school so i always had a seat on the bus and never had to wait long for one.
