I've been living at Autumn Chase for a few months, and I look forward to finding another place to live come July. I'll just number the problems for simplicity..
My dishwasher has broken three times, and is currently broken..
the downstairs bathroom leaks about every other week.
the water bill i got this month was outrageous, but probably due to the leak they seem to fix for about a week, then repeat.
Because the bathroom upstairs has no fan/vent, I would take a shower with the door open, that is until the smoke detector went off after 10 minutes in the shower every single time.
The insulation upstairs is a joke. You walk halfway up the stairs, and given the temp outside, it either feels like a suana or a freezer.
My dryer makes noises I've never heard before.. So I turn on the dryer and leave, that hasnt been fixed either.
The outside is pretty disgusting, all from dogs, so watch your step.
Parking around my building is a problem.. 10 or so spots for the 3 buildings surrounding..
I knew this before moving in, but there is absolutely no storage space anywhere inside this apt, not even a pantry.
Oh, and grande won't install cable upstairs, so I have fancy cables running up my stairs..
Oh, I cant wait for July.

Where would you live? I am looking for a one bedroom in San Marcos and thought Autumn Chase would be great until I saw all these reviews.
