the worst management. they have pretty decent turn around time when you call in a work order, but constantly give you attitude when you call once a week because everything you have will break.The old appliances say it for themselves...they are old and they dont work. wont clean your dishes and they will break. the maintenance crew wont properly fix everything so you end up doing it yourself. There is also a significant ROACH infestation. And they expect YOU to call them once a week to get rid of the problem. Also there is constant noise of sirens and ambulances from the surrounding streets. one of the pools doesnt even have a drain/cleaning system and gets filled by a garden hose. There is constant construction going on around the complex which is very very loud. You have to wash most of your dishes by hand b/c the dishwasher wont clean anything and then the hot water only lasts for 5minutes. Also, our AC has gone out twice in a 2month span. ALL OF THIS AND IVE ONLY LIVED HERE 4months!!!!! JUST SAY NO TO AUTUMN CHASE!!!!!!!!! THESE APARTMENTS SHOULD NOT BE OVER 400 a month for this rediculousness.
