These apartment besides what people say,are the worst apartments I have ever lived in. I had rats all over the place, my daughter was bitten by FIRE ANTS!! Her right arm to her face, and they told me that could do nothing about it. Spiders in every room, rats in daugthers toys and ants in and on our clothes. All they did was set traps,Yeah like that s going to get rid of the millions of rats I hear and see. my husband caught almost 10 rats! The best part is that the manager told us that our place was the only on having trouble, but she refuses to move us to try and fix the problem and on top of that she told us we complain too much.

I have a better solution, keep the kitchen and bathroom clean. I had problems too, I just had to keep it up to clean the apartment once a week. Then buy a cheap spray bottle biggest one you can find from walmart, normally they have them in nursery area. Get the orange oil and spearment oil, they last a long time I still have them from last year and use them almost every month but mostly every two weeks during the summer. Drop in 3 drops of each orange and spearment oil, add in few drops of lemon, not a lot, shake it well then spray every corner, ceilings, some corner walls, windows. Let them dry do not wipe them off, it is safe for your daughter, pets. They work very well to prevent any bugs to come in. We have two cats and they are the most priorities in our life and we do not want anything to happen. As for rats, check between the dishwasher and the wall, if there is a hole, cut out a piece of cardboard, tape it up. if there were any chewings on it, take it off and show it to the manager. If nothing, then report it to the health department, they will show up in their office but you got to have a proof, chewed cardboard, pictures of the rats and droppings. I hope this helps. Good luck.
