Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
While the apartments are fairly plain, along with the grounds. For the price and the space are decent apartments. A two bedroom can be afforded by two minimum wage jobs. Appliances are a bit older, but still work. Grounds are a bit plain. Maintenance is very good, show up quickly and get stuff fixed. Management has always been pleasant.

All in all a good experience.
