Lived in the apartment for three months before I saw the first rat, after the third one I caught... I informed the management to which they set some traps and told me that they were going to set up a box outside. Two months later, I caught a total of nine rats before that was the end. Later on, I found out that the whole building was infested... and that four other buildings were too after mine. I discovered a hole behind the frig, where all the rats were coming into the apartment (along with roaches, which I had pest control over once a month since Decemeber for that)... matainance/management continues to do a half ass job with it instead of covering it up.
