This is my second year to live at Bishop's Square and I have been EXTREMELY happy. As a non party person my apartment is quiet and enjoyable. It is a lot nicer than any other student property with a lot larger floorplans. I won't say it is perfect because nothing ever is, but I am a lot happier here than in any other property I've lived in, in San Marcos.
