I have been at Bishops Square for over two years. It is by far the best place for a student in San Marcos. Not the highest build quality but alot better than the new apartments that go up in 2 months and have hundreds of units. Everyone knows everyone here. Nice college feel. I have to say its in the middle when it comes to parties; you can find one if you look but you can sleep too if you want. Bigger and nicer than anything else in San Marcos if you can afford it.
