Hi,

For anyone thinking of moving in here let me give you 10 reasons why thats a horrible idea.
1. I had someone break into my truck.
2. I turned my rent in on time and had a witness but still paid a late fee b/c the no nothings in the office wouldn't get off ------- about it.
3. The no nothings in the office.
4. Gus is a idiot whos life hasn't amounted to anything but slum lord!
5. The sluts in the office, i don't even think their attractive enough to lick my shoes.
6. I saw one of the sluts in the office having sex in the pool at 2am...not with her looser man.
7. The parties kick ass...if you like standing around in dog ---- while you do it.
8. The apartment isn't worthy of asking for the kinda rent they ask.
9. Everything is falling apart and the maintence couldn't fix it without my help...i still haven't seen my pay check!
10. And more importantly when i gave them my notice to vacate...all of the sudden i'm no body and not worthy of their respect so instead of trying to convience me to stay they have given me more reasons to leave and take everyone with me!

I would compare these postings to a tabloid. Only a shread of truth surrounded by gossip. Grow up little boy. One day when you become a man you will realize that the only person that will tolerate youre little temper tantrums is your mother. The general public does not care that you couldn't get a date with one of the leasing staff! Let me explain. I was a former leasing agent, apartment locator, and previous renter at Bishop's Square during College. 1. If you have lived in San Marcos you will understand that car break ins are regular in this town at EVERY apartment complex INCLUDING the college campus and dorms. 2. You really made no other valid points except for child like remarks. As an adult you need to realize that you make mistakes and instead of blaming everyone else for them own up to it! In fact, a mature person would realize that being nice to the staff and manager may have resulted in them taking off the late fee!! 3. I am familiar with every apartment complex in San Marcos from locating. You have no idea would a bad apartment complex is like. I chose Bishop's Square for a reason it's a great floorplan, knowledgeable staff, and they go above and beyond to accomodate the residents. Is there problems yes! Does EVERY SINGLE COMPLEX have problems? YES! Do they try to fix them? YES! 4. Have you checked rental rates in San Marcos? They area all high and the properties still have a high occupancy so get over it or move back in with mommy and daddy. 5. Bishop's probably didn't cry about you leaving because your a jerk and they don't want to put up with you! 6. For most of you, this is your first rental experience. Let me enlighten you. From time to time, things will break. Call the maintenance man and he will come fix it. Don't wait until Friday at 5PM and then complain that it didn't get done. He doesn't work 24/7. 7. Be nice to the leasing staff they are college students just like you just following orders from the higher ups. It is not their fault that your shower leaks. I seriously doubt the trained certified maintenance men need your help, a college student, on there work. And one last thing. It is fine if you want to come on this website and talk about an apartment complex. But to sit here and critize someone's character and integrity is sickening. My dad always told me that true character is shown when someone is not at there best. You my friend, have crappy character and I'm glad Laura, Taylor, Gus, and the rest of the staff don't have to work for you anymore! Go make someone else's life miserable at a new complex!
