This place is a mess. I am so tired of the towing policy. I've had two friends towed while both were parked in "so-called" visitor parking. Be sure to look into this very thoroughly. Our fridge leaks water everyday and we have called several times to have someone fix it. Never a response. At this point, we don't care anymore. We just want out. It's overpriced and yet they are asking for a higher price when we re-lease! This place is noisy as well, which gets really annoying night after night. The office staff isn't incompetent-just not informed of anything. It seems like they never really know what is going on or where the manager is. I understand that the leasing office burned down but COME ON you still have residents who have questions that need to be asked. One time I went in the makeshift leasing office waiting to ask someone why my mail key doesn't work anymore and I waited for 30 minutes. Not a single person was in the office. That is terrible.
