I Just noticed that they jacked up the rent of next year on there website. The managment is inconsistent and non-caring, the girls who work there used to be pretty cool and there still are a few who are. I have had 4 friends towed from the apartment 2 of them I know for sure where parked in the vistor b/c i parked the car myself and in pictures from that night the cars where seen in the vistors spots, and when we showed the office the photos the manager at the time said it was not at her discresion, it was the tow company's problem, well they said they were probably wrong but there was nothing they can do about it.....THANKS. And then my roomate got towed one night for no reason they said she was parked under covered parking....bs. New management also comes up with b.s. fees to impose. The maintenance guys are pretty cool thought they always have been they seem to go out of there way to help us residents. Your water bill will be outrageous my girlfriend pays 1.50 sometimes, and her highest was 5.75 at dakota ranch and at bishop square out highest was 37.00 and our lowest was last month which was counted for only a week at 5.00 and this month was like 22.00, thats crazy for water. The place burned down and we had no weight room and other amenities and we were only compensated for one, which we had to drive on the other side of town to use the Golds Gym which was pretty cool. We didn't get any discount for that. They are trying to stick it too us again with our new weightroom, they won't give us the code to it so we can use it after hours, they told us we had to wait until they installed the cameras...well the cameras are up and still no code for 24 hour fitness..lies, during the rebuild of the place it was lies all the time DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY tell you, our phone has not worked the whole time we have worked there, and the management tells us to take it up with grande and grande tells us to take it up with the apartment, i have told every manager we have had at the apartment and nothing has happend i just gave up. And when we first moved in the internet never worked and still spotty sometimes
