ive lived here for almost a year now and i haven't had any problems what so ever. since we got our new owners/management everyone has been really helpful in taking our suggestions into consideration. they're making a ton of upgrades and even getting every apartment new wood flooring. the maintenance guys are always quick and nice and laying out at the pool is always a blast. ive already renewed for the next year, i cant imagine living anywhere else, esp. with a dog, there's grass everywhere.
