I've lived here for 2 years now. I'm moving out when my lease is up in a month because I am relocating for a job. Overall, the residents are what has kept me here. My neighbors have become my best friends, so the other reviews are correct when they say it's like a family. There is usually a good amount of people at the volleyball court and pool, so if you are an outdoorsy type, it's great. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help another. The management is unstable and lacking. The old manager was great and understanding, while the office staff never seemed to know what was going on. There is new management now, and they seem to be turning the place around for the better. If you don't have a parking pass, you will get towed. The complex is notorious for towing. The rents are pretty high, but if you lock in a good deal it's ok. I've had some friends here that have had major problems with their water bills being $200, when they should only be $15. The complex said they will investigate the problem but never did. I haven't had too many problems with noise, but every now and then noise happens. I've never lost a night's sleep. It may take a few days to get your maintenance requests answered. As long as you get in good with the front office, they will help you out asap. Every place has it's good and bad. Overall, I would recommend it.

Whether you hate someone or not, who are you to wish somethig so hateful on on an innicent child. There are sick dying children all over this world....and none of them deserve it. Only God shall pass such judgement....WHO ARE YOU? Obviously you are not a mother or father and I hope you never are....no good parent or future parent would ever make such a remark....and not pay for it. Just rememeber your wishes upon an innocent child when it comes time for you to be a parent...or if you are then hope that such a thing or harsh words would not be used against your child!
