First of all who are you to say things like that about the one person that could really help you out in the long run of living at these apartments!! I'm sure that you probably don't even have a good reason for saying that!! Before you start calling people names like you are in the 5th grade remember that this is a college town so grow up and get over yourself!!! OH and why are you calling calling a ----- ---- just wait till you have kids!!! ----- dont worry about this prick!! you can't make everyone happy and i think that you have been the best thing that has happened!!

As the manager, I felt I should respond to the nonsense that is showing up on this page. You are completely right, this is an awesome place to live, and the reason it is so liked by all the residents is because of what I ensure is done on a daily basis. Though you may not be aware... management, maintenance and office staff are the backbone to the complex and make certain everything runs smoothly and the property is maintained to Class A expectations. Unfortunately, sometimes in the process - residents or guests do get upset with a decision management makes, but trust assured the decision is in the best interest of the community and is fair to everyone on the property. I can only assume that you are unhappy becasue you violated your lease contract and were held responsible for it. When you should be mad at yourself...instead you are trying to lay blame on me. (In a very tacky way, I might add.) I am sorry that you are a resident here and unhappy, but there are more mature ways to handle these kind of situations and find resolve by working with me on what we can do to remedy the situation, rather than calling me names on apartment ratings. The references to my daughter have nothing to do with my job or the purpose of this site and show a lack of personal ethics on your part. Bishop's Square is a great place to live, please do not let this person's words discourage you from living in the best property in San Marcos! Thank you, ----- - Property Manager

I have to agree with "anonymous" on this one. Not so much the part about her kid, but about the part complaining about the bad management. Although the place looks nice when you come to move in, or they show you a model, what you get when you move in is completely different. I've lived here since August and I hate it. The place is trashy and dirty. When I moved in I moved into a brand new apartment and it was uncleaned from the tenants before. The kitchen light had dead bugs in it, the tile was covered in dirt, as well as the door, the fridge was covered in mildew, and it was plain disgusting. When I told the management about it they did absolutely nothing. Overall this place is not worth it, the management won't help you out with your problems. Go somewhere else.

So ----- how about instead of spending all of our money on some dumb party that cost around $2000, why don't you update our gym. Oh hey maybe get a hot tub. Here at Bishop square all we need to 2 or 3 kegs and some music and a clean pool to have a blast. Speaking of the pool, we get grounded from it. I believe the pool was closed half of the summer because of "cleaning". She would have the pool closed for weeks at a time because a dog was in there or some other lame excuse. LOOK we already don't have a basketball court, hot tub, and a gym that doesn't really work. The treadmills squeak, the bike is broken, and the cardio machine is a joke. If you stop arguing with us and just listen to our ideas, we might start liking you. But you stand your ground and think that your way is the only way. I know we are college students but we are not from the ghetto. If we want to live in a crappy place we will move to EX2. I hope you will consider what I am saying. All we want is that you consider getting: Hot tub, new gym equipment, not ground us from the pool because someone brings in a dog. You raised our rent for the 2nd time since you have been here and we are already way above market price, YOU CAN DO IT. You and your company are starting to become greedy. Other office staff members keep up the great work. Maintenance is great also. -----, you are adopted your parent's don't love you(Dodgeball).
