I have been living here for over a semester now, and I cannot say I have any real complaints. The staff is very friendly and helpful...they always call right away if you have a package and usually respond to any problems by the next day. The apartments are furnished and have a full size W/D which is a plus. You also have the option of combining all your utility bills for about $75/month (that includes high-speed internet, cable,phone, water, and electricity.) The only disadvantage is being so close to the train tracks so it can get pretty loud sometimes, but I guess that is a problem in general in San Marcos. I definitely recommend this place.
