I am just going to list acouple things here, make your own judgements.
1.) Parking is owned by SWT, you have to buy a permit and if you park in your apartment complex lot with out a sticker you will be ticketed, along with anyone else who does.
2.) If you are a avid computer junky the internet gets slow at peak times and jumps around alot. The manager doesn't really understand computers so don't seek him for help.
3.) The apartment complex I lived in was always quiet, but you might end up with someone noisy around you. Normal for this type of town.
4.) The maintance is wonderful here, they are very professional and get their job done.
5.) I haven't had anything break on me or cause me problems.
6.) The storage in the one bedroom is very limited. So if you have alot of stuff be ready to pack tightly.
