I would have to say that moving from the dorms here as a transfer student was a good choice it sorta regret it in the long run. I have only been here for 6months now and I have not yet really enjoyed my time here. The parking is horrible for visitors. They honestly need more parking or the tickets will kill you! Visitors themselves can not come every weekend or everyday by what the lease says when u sign it. I got in trouble for my boyfriend visiting me every weekend. You can not have the opposite sex stay with you at all or you can not live with the opposite sex. I know that can be a pain for a lot of college students since we all date one way or another. Half the time you dont know who they are putting you with and most the time you probably wont be able to trust them. Management is very disorganized. They cant seem to keep their information straight. You will always hear two different things from the management. Overall, I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone that has choices on where they can live. Plus rent is pretty high 495-700. Keep looking Im sure youll find a better place then this place!
