I have lived at Bobcat Village for two years and I really enjoy it. There was a management change sometime in the middle of last year, and ever since things have really improved. Not that it was ever bad, but they have made some improvements to the property that have made it better.

For the price you pay, you can't get a better deal. I am in a two bedroom apartment paying $495/mo with all of my bills included (cable tv, internet, phone, electricity, water, alarm, etc). The last apartment I lived in didn't pay for electricity or phone and with those bills alone I was paying well over what I am here even with a base rent of $425.

Maintenance is great. They are quick to respond to every work order I have placed and they are very curteous.

Overall, the property is very quiet. I like the idea of being able to go out and come back to a quiet place. Of course there are parties at the pool and volleyball courts, but everyone is very respectful of others.

The property is also very safe. It is well lit at night, and there are monitored alarms in every unit (also included with rent).

From the friendly staff to the great amenities, you won't find a better deal than Bobcat Village. I highly recommend it to anyone.
