Bobcat Village has improved SO much after the change in management. The old management was rude and very unwilling to work with you with rent issues etc. The new management is so much more friendly and welcoming. When the new management company came in, they also lowered their rates. So, nicer management, cheaper rent, and to top it off they have MUCH better programs now than they ever use to. There is always something to win at every program just for showing up...not a bad deal at all..I'm renewing my lease until I graduate
