Well the current managment must not have liked my previous post, so they removed it ! Looks like they had something to hide ! As stated before, the managment here is completly irresponisble and rude. I worked there and lived there for several years and would highly recommend looking else were. We constantly had to call in current residents to resign leases that were lost, payments were lost or not filed correctly, people were assigned to rooms already occupied, I always heard how the CA phone was never answered, you will always get different answers from the staff, and your deposit will be completly used up. Never did I hear much complaining about the office as when the current managment took over, all the negative posts are true, and yes we did have tons of different lease rates with many paying much more than their roomates. On top of all this, why pay 50 dollars a year for parking that is nonexsistant' No visitor parking, the cops harrasse the students all over the property, there is no hot tub, the interent is down more than being up, and the apartments are so small compared to others I have seen. The maintence staff is really awsome though, quick friendly, and extremely helpful. Over all this is a bad choice, rude managment that cant be trusted, and no real social atmosphere. Hopefully Bobcat Village will not try to hide this post.

look...you got let go! I understand you are upset, but move on...surf the web for a new job, not dissing Bobcat Village!
