Overall not a bad place to live. Nice apartments that are still pretty new looking and comparable in size to other apartments but the one bedrooms are small and no storage. UPD patrols the parking lots constantly and are pretty bad about breaking up parties and the train is REALLY close and loud. Visitor parking is poor and it sucks to pay for a parking permit to park in your own complex. They don't usually tow but if your car is parked overnight you will get a ticket. Very convenient for taking the bus. Never had any huge problems, but stuff would get taken from my patio and once from inside my apartment. Nothing major, most likely just typical drunk college students doing typical drunk things.
