I have lived in Bobcat Village since January 2006. At first it was okay, took some time to get use the train. First, my alarm started beeping in ALL hours of the day and night, they couldnt figure out what was wrong with it for 2 weeks, finally all that it needed was a new battery. Then I got ants! They sprayed for them but they just kept coming back. You can hear your neigbors moving around in their apartment. This past August I think I got some of the rudest people on earth next from me, they leave trash outside, and you can tell when they have had a party because they leave that trash outside too. They are up in all hours of the night talking and screaming. Then you have people that drive up and down the parking lot like they own it, I have seriuosly been close to having many wrecks. Vistor parking sucks, its always full. I also think that the price I pay is way to much, I can't to move out this December!
