Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Lived here (not by choice) for a year and I would not do it again. There are a lot better places to live in San Marcos. Office staff doesn't know whats going on half the time, mantainence took forever, ants all over, and no "home-like" feel. Just not worth the money.
