Bobcat Village is the absolute coolest place to live in San Marcos. The office staff are super friendly and always listen to our suggestions and comments. Do not listen to all the negative reviews those people are all lying.

This place is also very secure and super quiet. The people who complain about the noise from the trains are liars. The trains are very very far away from the apartments and you can hardly notice the sound.

Did I mention that all bills are paid, how cool is that' The rooms are fully furnished with everything you could want. The high-speed internet is always very fast all the time. There is plently of parking for vistors so do not worry about your friends getting tickets. Large rooms, thick sound-proof walls, inexpensive rent make Bobcat Village #1. Do not consider the other apartments in San Marcos because Bobcat Village is simply the best!

WTF. The train tracks are no more than 100 yards from the apts. Probably less. This is the stupidest bunch of lies I have ever seen. To anyone who reads this who is thinking of moving in, look for yourself to see how close the train tracks are to the apartments.
